This is the plan. In May 2012, 5 of us will run/cycle around the coast of Cornwall. We aim to do this in 8 days. We will be raising money for the Phoenix Stroke appeal, but specifically to create a holiday fund to enable people living with Stroke, and their Carers to access holiday accommodation that caters for their needs.
So this blog will follow our preparations and training for our journey, and a day to day record of the event itself.
